What’s the difference between under eye fat removal and fat realignment?

Fat Realignment

Dark circle surgery is done which is approached through the conjunctiva, when lower eyelid fats are protruded with deep tear trough lines below. The protruded lower eyelid fats should be pulled downwards and fixed to flatten the puffy skin.

Surgery Method

1. Design the eye bags' puffiness and tear trough

2. Incise the conjunctiva inner part of the lower eyelids

3. Move the eye bag's fats down towards the tear trough and get them fixed

4. Complete

Flatten the lower eyelid area is possible with a simple puffy fats removal through the conjunctiva for those who don't have tear trough, or those who look old or tired due to the protruded under eye fats.
